In August 2001 the hotel was promoted and each unit was sold as a strata-titled unit. Ocean Promenade then opened in 2003.
The majority of the units at our hotel are owned by residents of South Surrey and White Rock. Most units are still owned by their original owners.
Our strata council manages the hotel with our General Manager.
Prior to being the Ocean Promenade our hotel was known as The Bay Motor Inn. The Bay Motor Inn went down.
